E2design inspectedcand then replaced our roof in November, 2020. The service was done in a timely manner. The workers showed up on time and worked steadily the whole first day. They were polite and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done for the day. The second day two workers came to finish up. Again they were responsive to my questions and when they left they cleaned up after themselves. Project manager Billy came out a few days later to make sure everything was done and then sent out Thad to finish up fixing the few things that needed to finish the job. Thad did an excellent job and was very pleasant. We did have an issue a week or so later but Billy sent out someone to take care of it. I would highly recommend this company.

This is not only a review, but actually a thank you to a wonderful group of people that still believes in customer service. For starters, I have had some wonderful experiences with professionals over the years. However, I can tell you 100% without any reservations, that these are the most unbelievable, professional, courteous, knowledgeable folks I know. Thank you Drew, Sean and Heather!
