I scheduled an appointment and told the office I had a small leak to repair. The charge to come out was $175. That seemed excessive but the office manager said the price would come off the cost of the repair. I scheduled the appointment. Chris came out and after looking at the roof asked if I was aware that there was a $1,500 minimum charge. I told him I was not given that information by the office. The cost of this repair would be a few hundred dollars. He said he would speak with the office about the situation and the fee. I received an email a day later for a $175 inspection fee. I called the office and spoke with the same individual that scheduled my appointment. They admitted to the mistake of not disclosing the minimum charge up front and said they would look into the fee charge. About 7 minutes later she called back and said the fee was waived but said she needed a 5 star review in return which would help her get a bonus. I stated I was not comfortable doing that given it wasn’t a 5 star experience. She then said she was only joking. If she was, the joke didn’t land well and was awkward at best. Given the lack of the minimum charge disclosure up front and so-called “joke” at the end, the experience was less than satisfying. If I had to pick again, I would not choose this company.

We noticed water dripping through the ceiling in our 2 year old house awhile back and more water stains after returning from vacation. Joe Tamburino came out immediately after I called and saw that there was a gap the roofers left. It was so easy for him to fix that he didn’t even charge us. He said if we notice a leak in the future, he’ll return to fix it again for no charge. I thought I would be paying any where from $500 to $1800. Joe was extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend him.

I contacted several companies to get estimates for roof replacement. The E2 roofing contact was Heather. The other companies had sent competent sales people, but Heather’s professionalism and extensive knowledge of the product and her company stood out from the rest. Once the project manager, Joseph, had a date to begin, everything went exactly as promised. The contractors arrived promptly and the work went quickly. Professionalism was apparent at every step. I was impressed with everyone involved in my roof installation, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
