And I was like wait what about my question. And she said are we currently working with you and I said not yet. She said okay bye-bye and hung up on me

We had a great experience with them since day 1. We wanted to change floors demolish walls and do a full kitchen remodel on a house we had just bought. They fit us into their busy schedule, met with me and spent 2 hours going over the details of the planned remodel on her first visit. The remodel started on time, and we did not have any mayor set backs. They are extremely professional, have a great work ethic, honest and use greatsubcontractors. we are very happy with their work.

The other companies had sent competent sales people, but Heather’s professionalism and extensive knowledge of the product and her company stood out from the rest. Once the project manager, Joseph, had a date to begin, everything went exactly as promised. The contractors arrived promptly and the work went quickly. Professionalism was apparent at every step. I was impressed with everyone involved in my roof installation, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
