My husband and I had our floors replaced, crown molding added, a bay window seat and built-in bookshelf/desk designed and built, as well as a Jack-and-Jill area of house transformed in to an in-law suit. E2 Design and Construction were a joy to work with. Liz was instantly responsive, understanding and patient with all questions and followups. No construction job is without its bumps and the team never complained and did their best to keep us informed. The price was competitive (we received multiple quotes from vendors). The quality of the carpentry, floors, etc are all top notch. Additionally, and you dont see this so much in this field of work, Liz treated her employees exceptionally well. She communicated her expectations and supported them completely. She outwardly praised them and backed them up if/when they were being mistreated. You could tell she was good at managing people and a truly kind person who cares how other people are treated. The consummate professional and we loved having her, Glen, Eduardo and the whole team in our home for several weeks. We are so happy with the results of our transformed home and couldnt thank E2 enough. Its important to us to support small local businesses and with E2 being women and minority owned, we were really happy to work with them and couldnt be more impressed with the outcome.
