She patiently answered all of my questions and has excellent customer service. Mike, Casey, and The Crew did a wonderful job on our roof and it looks great. I Would have given this buisness a 5 star review( So I will give it a 4.5 Stars) But I did have Some Issues with the crew who Came out to install my new roof . , they did not seal the New vents at all , so as soon as it started raining the following Day and I had water pouring into my ceiling and through the vent onto the floor . But as soon as I Contacted Joseph O'Nan the project manager he was Swift to get the problem addressed and fixed! He was very Professional, I feel as if he went above and Beyond for us as homeowners ! And even on the weekends answered Text messages and Adresses any concerns and problems that occurred And made sure they got fixed in a timely manner , my roof looks Excellent and the Ceiling and leaks are Fixed .He is very Responsive All around the best to deal with when you are getting a roof installed and especially if theres any faults that may occur during the process!!! I'd give Him a 5 out of 5 stars for how He handled the whole process from the start until finish . But they Got materials Quickly and Got it knocked out from start to finish in a Little over a month !
