David and his team came out, explained the process, made the repairs, and sent pictures of the before and after the repairs. He was very professional and thorough. We had a missing ridge cap on our roof and reached out for help. Caleb and the team were fantastic to work with - friendly, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Caleb communicated clearly about what needed to be done and made the whole process easy. The repair was completed quickly and the work was done well. Replacing a roof is a HUGE decision-- I trusted E2 Design & Construction and couldn't be more pleased with my experience and the finished results!! I worked with Jason, Kelly (in the office) and Ben -ALL were amazing, especially Jason! They were professional, patient with all of my questions -transparent and honest; and went above and beyond to educate me on the process along the way --which really helped ease my concerns. I never felt like they were selling me, I felt like I was getting exactly what I needed. And they delivered!! A special plus is the company is Woman/Veteran Owned!!!
