E2design inspectedcand then replaced our roof in November, 2020. The service was done in a timely manner. The workers showed up on time and worked steadily the whole first day. They were polite and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done for the day. The second day two workers came to finish up. Again they were responsive to my questions and when they left they cleaned up after themselves. Project manager Billy came out a few days later to make sure everything was done and then sent out Thad to finish up fixing the few things that needed to finish the job. Thad did an excellent job and was very pleasant. We did have an issue a week or so later but Billy sent out someone to take care of it. I would highly recommend this company.

After a leangthy delay, they finally started. Once they were onsite, the crew worked from dawn to dusk and finished in two days. They searched for nails with a magnet, but we still stepped on a few! Billy was very personable and easy to deal with. They had to change out some of our rotted roof plywood, for which we were charged, as it was explained the insurance company would only pay for one board, and we needed ten. Overall I would recommend this company.

My wife noticed one of the worker using a magnetic rake and he was coming well into our yard to check for nails. This was greatly appreciated because of firsthand experience of shooting nails with the lawnmower that had been left in the yard of my father-in-law.
