After the last hurricane in 2024 damaged our roof to the point that we needed an entire roof replacement, I was not looking forward to the entire re-roofing process as it would include removing and re-installing my Solar PV panels. The insurance company connected us with E2 roofing out of Jacksonville Florida and my fears were soon gone. I began talking with Heather Wheeler, the Roofing Division Manager. Heather answered all my questions. I was considering paying extra, out of my pocket, to have a metal roof installed instead of the current asphalt shingles. Heather began educating me on metal roofs and even connected me with the Metal Roof Systems company for more of my questions. I chose to go with the metal roof panels. When the removal and new roof install began Drew, the on-site E2 roofing rep, kept me updated on the process. He answered all my questions and even went beyond the re-roofing project to help me with a separate issue I had with my screen enclosure. The new metal roof looks great and makes my house look brand new. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new roof to contact E2 Roofing to get their opinion and guidance.

Everyone was great and easy to work with.Heather and Jamie were awesome in handling the permits and coordinating the timing and dealing with the insurance company.?Kyle the project manager was awe in getting all the materials there and also dividing a great crew to do the actual roof. E2 roofing recently did our entire re-roof. It was a great experience. They were easy to work work, walked us through all the steps, it was overall a seamless process. The communication with everybody we worked with at E2 was fast, everything was scheduled quickly and completed pretty much on time. The workers did a great job, covered and moved everything in our yard so it wouldn't be damaged, cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.

The company was selected by my insurance company so we were a little apprehensive at first. Heather Wheeler called and gave us an ETA for the job and held to it…. Easy to work with her. Timing was spot on. At mid afternoon the crew headed by Julio and Joseph noticed that some wrong product was delivered. Joseph O’Nan immediately got the supplier notified and the replacements were delivered the next morning. At all times the project was supervised and the outcome was better than we expected. Great job folks!

I Would have given this buisness a 5 star review( So I will give it a 4.5 Stars) But I did have Some Issues with the crew who Came out to install my new roof . , they did not seal the New vents at all , so as soon as it started raining the following Day and I had water pouring into my ceiling and through the vent onto the floor . But as soon as I Contacted Joseph O'Nan the project manager he was Swift to get the problem addressed and fixed! He was very Professional, I feel as if he went above and Beyond for us as homeowners ! And even on the weekends answered Text messages and Adresses any concerns and problems that occurred And made sure they got fixed in a timely manner , my roof looks Excellent and the Ceiling and leaks are Fixed .He is very Responsive All around the best to deal with when you are getting a roof installed and especially if theres any faults that may occur during the process!!! I'd give Him a 5 out of 5 stars for how He handled the whole process from the start until finish . But they Got materials Quickly and Got it knocked out from start to finish in a Little over a month !

Project Manager Ruen Beane is a true expert and did an amazing job from getting our project started to skillfully representating our interests with the insurance company! She always took our calls and answered many questions. Thank you Rue! Roofing Foreman Joseph O'Nan was often onsite during the roof installation and quickly responded to several minor issues that crept up during the project. Joe is a great communicator and problem solver. He consistently went the extra mile until we were 100% happy. Thank you Joseph!

Project started off rough. We couldn't get contractor to return our calls. He sent workers out unannounced with no supplies. I was so overwhelmed that I called the owner. She immediately dropped everything and returned my call. She put the assistant manger in contact with me to steer things back on track. He calls at least once every day to make sure we understand and are happy with were things are at, going and looking. He owns up to mistakes made in communication and strives to correct them in a timely manner. Management has good integrity.

My partnership with E2 Design was unexpected but amazing. I know. Nothing of "roofing" or what details went into this, but what I do know is that from start to finish they were helpful and pleasant. I know that I had a time frame to work with, and they did everything within their power to help see it happen.
