Everyone was great and easy to work with.Heather and Jamie were awesome in handling the permits and coordinating the timing and dealing with the insurance company.?Kyle the project manager was awe in getting all the materials there and also dividing a great crew to do the actual roof. I would not hesitate to recommend E2 Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof or just repairs. You guys were awesome. If I could give you more than a 5 star review I would. More importantly you made my wifeKaren a very happy woman. Happy wife happy life. You guys rock Being an Air Force Veteran, it was nice to work with people you can trust. My uncle also retired from the US Coast Guard as CWO of the White Sumac out of Miami. He also was in charge of the TubeeIsland Lighthouse when it was still an active Coast Guard Station. (Many years ago)

Ms. Heather and Joe help me lot to keep my roofing replaced very skilled and well done in a brief period. And prior to replacing the roof, Ms. Heather has been updating me always, where we are at and when will the project take place, and if you are a homeowner that would be a good relief.

The company was selected by my insurance company so we were a little apprehensive at first. Heather Wheeler called and gave us an ETA for the job and held to it…. Easy to work with her. Timing was spot on. At mid afternoon the crew headed by Julio and Joseph noticed that some wrong product was delivered. Joseph O’Nan immediately got the supplier notified and the replacements were delivered the next morning. At all times the project was supervised and the outcome was better than we expected. Great job folks!

I Would have given this buisness a 5 star review( So I will give it a 4.5 Stars) But I did have Some Issues with the crew who Came out to install my new roof . , they did not seal the New vents at all , so as soon as it started raining the following Day and I had water pouring into my ceiling and through the vent onto the floor . But as soon as I Contacted Joseph O'Nan the project manager he was Swift to get the problem addressed and fixed! He was very Professional, I feel as if he went above and Beyond for us as homeowners ! And even on the weekends answered Text messages and Adresses any concerns and problems that occurred And made sure they got fixed in a timely manner , my roof looks Excellent and the Ceiling and leaks are Fixed .He is very Responsive All around the best to deal with when you are getting a roof installed and especially if theres any faults that may occur during the process!!! I'd give Him a 5 out of 5 stars for how He handled the whole process from the start until finish . But they Got materials Quickly and Got it knocked out from start to finish in a Little over a month !

Roofing Foreman Joseph O'Nan was often onsite during the roof installation and quickly responded to several minor issues that crept up during the project. Joe is a great communicator and problem solver. He consistently went the extra mile until we were 100% happy. Thank you Joseph!

Project started off rough. We couldn't get contractor to return our calls. He sent workers out unannounced with no supplies. I was so overwhelmed that I called the owner. She immediately dropped everything and returned my call. She put the assistant manger in contact with me to steer things back on track. He calls at least once every day to make sure we understand and are happy with were things are at, going and looking. He owns up to mistakes made in communication and strives to correct them in a timely manner. Management has good integrity.

I know that I had a time frame to work with, and they did everything within their power to help see it happen. We had a great experience with them since day 1. We wanted to change floors demolish walls and do a full kitchen remodel on a house we had just bought. They fit us into their busy schedule, met with me and spent 2 hours going over the details of the planned remodel on her first visit. The remodel started on time, and we did not have any mayor set backs. They are extremely professional, have a great work ethic, honest and use greatsubcontractors. we are very happy with their work.
