They were relentless in their pursuit to figure it out where others just wanted me to replace the whole roof even when it wasn’t in need of full replacement. Problem solved and I’m so relieved. I am buying a new home and noticed a dip in the roof. I needed the roof inspected immediately due to needing being in the inspection window of my contract. I called them and they were so helpful even over the phone. They had someone come out the next day and inspect the roof. Luckily everything was fine with the roof and they were completely transparent about everything. Not one time did they try and sell me something or charge me for anything unnecessarily. If I ever need anything for my reroof, I will definitely use them. Being a single mom, I have to rely and trust people’s word at face value and honestly and transparency is something that is hard to find in today’s world. Joseph was very responsive and informative with all of my questions. His team got my roof done in 2 days and worked 12 hours each day, they were very respectful and didn't play any loud music either. He even notified me that there were a few holes and had them immediately replaced during the inspection after completion. Megan provided us with several samples on multiple occasions and made sure we were happy with our selection.
