Very happy with getting our skylight replaced. Heather came to do the estimate and she was very nice, knowledgeable, professional and straight forward with us on the exact work they can do where as other roofing companies were trying to push us to file a claim with our insurance company which is not what we wanted to do. Drew came to do the work and he did such a great job, he worked so professionally and diligently and was also very nice and polite which is hard to find nowadays in the trades sometimes. We have a beautiful new skylight and when it comes time to replace the roof we will be contacting E2 roofing and we would highly recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family for sure.

I scheduled an appointment and told the office I had a small leak to repair. The charge to come out was $175. That seemed excessive but the office manager said the price would come off the cost of the repair. I scheduled the appointment. Chris came out and after looking at the roof asked if I was aware that there was a $1,500 minimum charge. I told him I was not given that information by the office. The cost of this repair would be a few hundred dollars. He said he would speak with the office about the situation and the fee. I received an email a day later for a $175 inspection fee. I called the office and spoke with the same individual that scheduled my appointment. They admitted to the mistake of not disclosing the minimum charge up front and said they would look into the fee charge. About 7 minutes later she called back and said the fee was waived but said she needed a 5 star review in return which would help her get a bonus. I stated I was not comfortable doing that given it wasn’t a 5 star experience. She then said she was only joking. If she was, the joke didn’t land well and was awkward at best. Given the lack of the minimum charge disclosure up front and so-called “joke” at the end, the experience was less than satisfying. If I had to pick again, I would not choose this company.

I am buying a new home and noticed a dip in the roof. I needed the roof inspected immediately due to needing being in the inspection window of my contract. I called them and they were so helpful even over the phone. They had someone come out the next day and inspect the roof. Luckily everything was fine with the roof and they were completely transparent about everything. Not one time did they try and sell me something or charge me for anything unnecessarily. If I ever need anything for my reroof, I will definitely use them. Being a single mom, I have to rely and trust people’s word at face value and honestly and transparency is something that is hard to find in today’s world. I especially want to thank Heather for being so patient and taking the time to find the right person to help me.

Been trying to get a roofer to call me back for weeks before I called E2, and I'm glad I did. Billy got back to me right away and helped me troubleshoot my leaky ceiling. He was very knowledgeable in helping me identify the source of the problem and didn't suggest any repairs that might be unnecessary. I will definitely use them again.
