Joseph was very responsive and informative with all of my questions. His team got my roof done in 2 days and worked 12 hours each day, they were very respectful and didn't play any loud music either. He even notified me that there were a few holes and had them immediately replaced during the inspection after completion. Megan provided us with several samples on multiple occasions and made sure we were happy with our selection.

Super wierd????? I called with a question and lady asked if their currently working with us which I said no. And then she said okay thank you for calling bye-bye. And I was like wait what about my question. And she said are we currently working with you and I said not yet. She said okay bye-bye and hung up on me

Great service. Clear punctual communication. Very professional. The sales representative showed me the problem identified other issues with the roof, and answered all my questions clearly and easy to understand. I appreciate the honesty of their service professional who told me that the repair can be done by handy person, looking for my ways to save money.

I’d give more stars if possible. From first contact until job was completed, communication was excellent. The quality of work both on my roof and inside my home was top notch. The workers were efficient, clean, kind, and thorough. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Billy and team were amazing. Planned out perfectly. Schedules were on time and even needed follow ups were addressed immediately. Whether covered by insurance or not, you cannot go wrong with these folks. Strong communication from entire team.
