I Would have given this buisness a 5 star review( So I will give it a 4.5 Stars) But I did have Some Issues with the crew who Came out to install my new roof . , they did not seal the New vents at all , so as soon as it started raining the following Day and I had water pouring into my ceiling and through the vent onto the floor . But as soon as I Contacted Joseph O'Nan the project manager he was Swift to get the problem addressed and fixed! He was very Professional, I feel as if he went above and Beyond for us as homeowners ! And even on the weekends answered Text messages and Adresses any concerns and problems that occurred And made sure they got fixed in a timely manner , my roof looks Excellent and the Ceiling and leaks are Fixed .He is very Responsive All around the best to deal with when you are getting a roof installed and especially if theres any faults that may occur during the process!!! I'd give Him a 5 out of 5 stars for how He handled the whole process from the start until finish . But they Got materials Quickly and Got it knocked out from start to finish in a Little over a month !

Best is when work is done perfectly. Better is when work is not done perfectly and a company takes responsibility, levels up, and goes above and beyond to make things right. E2 installed our roof. There were mistakes made and E2 made sure both the work was corrected and that we were beyond satisfied. Their customer service and professional approach creates trust and is what will bring me back to hiring them again and again. Darren Goffin has done a phenomenal job repairing our interior damage. His workmanship is detailed and perfect. Jason Reisdorf and Ryan Carelson have done an incredible job of customer care, organizing the project and making sure E2's work is of highest quality. Project started off rough. We couldn't get contractor to return our calls. He sent workers out unannounced with no supplies. I was so overwhelmed that I called the owner. She immediately dropped everything and returned my call. She put the assistant manger in contact with me to steer things back on track. He calls at least once every day to make sure we understand and are happy with were things are at, going and looking. He owns up to mistakes made in communication and strives to correct them in a timely manner. Management has good integrity.
