My homeowners insurance company gave me E2 Roofing information for some wind damage that we had on our roof. John called and offered to come Thursday evening (same day we called them). He came in the drizzling rain and went on our roof to do a temporary fix for us until a tarp could be done the next day or so. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us completely. We had an issue with our insurance thinking we needed some parts of our roof fixed. And we were on a timeline to get it fixed. Never had to deal with anything like this. I found E2 on google with great reviews.I went on E2 website and filled out a form, and not even 10 minutes later, Heather calls me! She understood what we needed to. Her and Michael both came out on time to inspect the roof. They assured us our roof is still in great condition. After a leangthy delay, they finally started. Once they were onsite, the crew worked from dawn to dusk and finished in two days. They searched for nails with a magnet, but we still stepped on a few! Billy was very personable and easy to deal with. They had to change out some of our rotted roof plywood, for which we were charged, as it was explained the insurance company would only pay for one board, and we needed ten. Overall I would recommend this company.

E2 Design & Construction was the vendor of choice by our homeowner’s insurance for a roof replacement as a result of wind & hail damage. We did our homework in advance and were relieved to find E2 had a sound reputation with overall positive reviews by customers and the BBB alike. We had an issue on the first day of repairs as the company had taken it upon themselves to provide us a free upgrade only to find the material was of a different color. E2 apologized for their mistake and moved quickly to resolve the matter; I was just as impressed by this action as I was with the roof replacement. If you’re in need of a new roof or simply repairs, I’d highly recommend their services - I promise that you will not be disappointed!

E2 has been an absolute pleasure to work with! E2 inspected my roof and confirmed I had damage. After I filed a claim with my insurance company, E2 reviewed all the paperwork and was able to ensure that the insurance company covered everything they needed to replace the roof. The workers who did the work were very polite and clean. They even put plastic around my entire property so that nails and debris did not end up in my yard! The project manager, Ben, was super thorough and an absolute professional. I highly recommend E2 to anyone who is need of a contractor! Job well done!

We had hail damage to our roof and E2 Design was recommended by our insurance company to repair or replace the roof on our home. Their representative scheduled an inspection and visit and recommended replacing our roof. We had one meeting where we wrote a check for our deductible to our insurance company and never lifted a finger after that. E2 took care of everything -permits, new roof, etc. The work was excellent and the roofer did a wonderful job on the roof and even did a thorough job cleaning up after they were finished and removed the dumpster in our drive within 24 hours. I would highly recommend E2. They are very professional and exceeded our expectations in the work done.
