Billy and the sales team at E2 were so great to work with! They are friendly, efficient, and worked hard to get things moving so that I could get my new roof quickly! E2 was great! Very professional and responsive to our needs! The crew that installed our new roof were amazing and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner! Billy was Awesome and very responsive to the whole job. I definitely would recommend E2 to anyone that needs roof repair or design help!

E2design inspectedcand then replaced our roof in November, 2020. The service was done in a timely manner. The workers showed up on time and worked steadily the whole first day. They were polite and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done for the day. The second day two workers came to finish up. Again they were responsive to my questions and when they left they cleaned up after themselves. Project manager Billy came out a few days later to make sure everything was done and then sent out Thad to finish up fixing the few things that needed to finish the job. Thad did an excellent job and was very pleasant. We did have an issue a week or so later but Billy sent out someone to take care of it. I would highly recommend this company.

Billy Calloway and crew were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the roof. Billy was always flexible in regards to the weather or other projects we were experiencing (tree removal). Since Jason's first encounter with us, until the project's completion, E2 has been great. We highly recommend this company for all your home service needs!

Very quick, professional, met every request I had. Being that we have pets it was essential that the roofing crew be extremely through when it came to going over the yard for any nails that were shot out from the removal of old material. I went back afterword and with a metal detector and did not find any missed nails. The job site was left clean and I didn’t have to pick up anything that was missed. We will contact them for our future home renovations. I recommend E2 Design and Construction for home construction/repair/remodel needs.

E2 repaired and repainted our walls after we went through a complete replumb of our home. The paint job is absolutely gorgeous. The job was done within the estimated budget, and completed a day earlier than originally expected. Everyone was super nice and easy to work with. Great experience overall!

This company is by far the best roofing company I had come out to my house. They don't go around knocking on people's doors either. My insurance company had them on their list. Their professionalism surpasses all others. I had a hard time picking a color and they made a few trips and even put samples on my roof so I could see. Jason and Billy were great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Best is when work is done perfectly. Better is when work is not done perfectly and a company takes responsibility, levels up, and goes above and beyond to make things right. E2 installed our roof. There were mistakes made and E2 made sure both the work was corrected and that we were beyond satisfied. Their customer service and professional approach creates trust and is what will bring me back to hiring them again and again. Darren Goffin has done a phenomenal job repairing our interior damage. His workmanship is detailed and perfect. Jason Reisdorf and Ryan Carelson have done an incredible job of customer care, organizing the project and making sure E2's work is of highest quality. After a leangthy delay, they finally started. Once they were onsite, the crew worked from dawn to dusk and finished in two days. They searched for nails with a magnet, but we still stepped on a few! Billy was very personable and easy to deal with. They had to change out some of our rotted roof plywood, for which we were charged, as it was explained the insurance company would only pay for one board, and we needed ten. Overall I would recommend this company.

I want to thank billy Calloway for all his help while managing my roofing project. He kept me informed with the process and updated me in timely manner with changes. The work crew finished the job In 1 day. They cleaned up my yard and made sure the nails were all up. Would definitely recommend!

Project started off rough. We couldn't get contractor to return our calls. He sent workers out unannounced with no supplies. I was so overwhelmed that I called the owner. She immediately dropped everything and returned my call. She put the assistant manger in contact with me to steer things back on track. He calls at least once every day to make sure we understand and are happy with were things are at, going and looking. He owns up to mistakes made in communication and strives to correct them in a timely manner. Management has good integrity.

E2 Design & Construction was the vendor of choice by our homeowner’s insurance for a roof replacement as a result of wind & hail damage. We did our homework in advance and were relieved to find E2 had a sound reputation with overall positive reviews by customers and the BBB alike. We had an issue on the first day of repairs as the company had taken it upon themselves to provide us a free upgrade only to find the material was of a different color. E2 apologized for their mistake and moved quickly to resolve the matter; I was just as impressed by this action as I was with the roof replacement. If you’re in need of a new roof or simply repairs, I’d highly recommend their services - I promise that you will not be disappointed!

We are the neighbors of a house roofed by E2. The roofing crew was very good about noise and clean up. My wife noticed one of the worker using a magnetic rake and he was coming well into our yard to check for nails. This was greatly appreciated because of firsthand experience of shooting nails with the lawnmower that had been left in the yard of my father-in-law. Billy was very nice as he was taking pictures and I went out to tell him about the crew. He sent me the link so I could write this.
