They walked us through the process for adding some skylights, and informed us about using the right materials on a lower slope section of our roof. They thoroughly protected our plants and deck and when they left, there was no evidence they were ever there except for the beautiful new roof and the smiles on our faces. My flexible was prevalent towards the end when I noticed how beautiful the roof looked with some unexpected modifications. After the last hurricane in 2024 damaged our roof to the point that we needed an entire roof replacement, I was not looking forward to the entire re-roofing process as it would include removing and re-installing my Solar PV panels. The insurance company connected us with E2 roofing out of Jacksonville Florida and my fears were soon gone. I began talking with Heather Wheeler, the Roofing Division Manager. Heather answered all my questions. I was considering paying extra, out of my pocket, to have a metal roof installed instead of the current asphalt shingles. Heather began educating me on metal roofs and even connected me with the Metal Roof Systems company for more of my questions. I chose to go with the metal roof panels. When the removal and new roof install began Drew, the on-site E2 roofing rep, kept me updated on the process. He answered all my questions and even went beyond the re-roofing project to help me with a separate issue I had with my screen enclosure. The new metal roof looks great and makes my house look brand new. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new roof to contact E2 Roofing to get their opinion and guidance.

I Would have given this buisness a 5 star review( So I will give it a 4.5 Stars) But I did have Some Issues with the crew who Came out to install my new roof . , they did not seal the New vents at all , so as soon as it started raining the following Day and I had water pouring into my ceiling and through the vent onto the floor . But as soon as I Contacted Joseph O'Nan the project manager he was Swift to get the problem addressed and fixed! He was very Professional, I feel as if he went above and Beyond for us as homeowners ! And even on the weekends answered Text messages and Adresses any concerns and problems that occurred And made sure they got fixed in a timely manner , my roof looks Excellent and the Ceiling and leaks are Fixed .He is very Responsive All around the best to deal with when you are getting a roof installed and especially if theres any faults that may occur during the process!!! I'd give Him a 5 out of 5 stars for how He handled the whole process from the start until finish . But they Got materials Quickly and Got it knocked out from start to finish in a Little over a month !

E2design inspectedcand then replaced our roof in November, 2020. The service was done in a timely manner. The workers showed up on time and worked steadily the whole first day. They were polite and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done for the day. The second day two workers came to finish up. Again they were responsive to my questions and when they left they cleaned up after themselves. Project manager Billy came out a few days later to make sure everything was done and then sent out Thad to finish up fixing the few things that needed to finish the job. Thad did an excellent job and was very pleasant. We did have an issue a week or so later but Billy sent out someone to take care of it. I would highly recommend this company.

Very quick, professional, met every request I had. Being that we have pets it was essential that the roofing crew be extremely through when it came to going over the yard for any nails that were shot out from the removal of old material. I went back afterword and with a metal detector and did not find any missed nails. The job site was left clean and I didn’t have to pick up anything that was missed. After a leangthy delay, they finally started. Once they were onsite, the crew worked from dawn to dusk and finished in two days. They searched for nails with a magnet, but we still stepped on a few! Billy was very personable and easy to deal with. They had to change out some of our rotted roof plywood, for which we were charged, as it was explained the insurance company would only pay for one board, and we needed ten. We had hail damage to our roof and E2 Design was recommended by our insurance company to repair or replace the roof on our home. Their representative scheduled an inspection and visit and recommended replacing our roof. We had one meeting where we wrote a check for our deductible to our insurance company and never lifted a finger after that. E2 took care of everything -permits, new roof, etc. The work was excellent and the roofer did a wonderful job on the roof and even did a thorough job cleaning up after they were finished and removed the dumpster in our drive within 24 hours.
