My homeowners insurance company gave me E2 Roofing information for some wind damage that we had on our roof. John called and offered to come Thursday evening (same day we called them). He came in the drizzling rain and went on our roof to do a temporary fix for us until a tarp could be done the next day or so. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us completely. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a great company with wonderful service. John went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Thank you, John!

We had an issue with our insurance thinking we needed some parts of our roof fixed. And we were on a timeline to get it fixed. Never had to deal with anything like this. I found E2 on google with great reviews.I went on E2 website and filled out a form, and not even 10 minutes later, Heather calls me! She understood what we needed to. Her and Michael both came out on time to inspect the roof. They assured us our roof is still in great condition. Love that their easy to talk to, understanding, punctual, friendly, honest, and professional. Heather and Michael thank you guys!!!

Heather , Casey and Mike were very professional. Heather walked me through the process from the very beginning along with Casey ( who is so on top with logistics) with patience and knowledge. Mike and his crew were kind, knowledgeable but most of made it a fast and secure project. I couldn’t believe how little time it took to replace a roof! Super clean after the job was completed. No leftover debris. I would highly recommend them!!!!! Thank y’all and the crew! I am so impressed with how simple you made this for me! The company was selected by my insurance company so we were a little apprehensive at first. Heather Wheeler called and gave us an ETA for the job and held to it…. Easy to work with her. Timing was spot on. At mid afternoon the crew headed by Julio and Joseph noticed that some wrong product was delivered. Joseph O’Nan immediately got the supplier notified and the replacements were delivered the next morning. At all times the project was supervised and the outcome was better than we expected. Great job folks!

I contacted several companies to get estimates for roof replacement. The E2 roofing contact was Heather. The other companies had sent competent sales people, but Heather’s professionalism and extensive knowledge of the product and her company stood out from the rest. Once the project manager, Joseph, had a date to begin, everything went exactly as promised. The contractors arrived promptly and the work went quickly. Professionalism was apparent at every step. I was impressed with everyone involved in my roof installation, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am buying a new home and noticed a dip in the roof. I needed the roof inspected immediately due to needing being in the inspection window of my contract. I called them and they were so helpful even over the phone. They had someone come out the next day and inspect the roof. Luckily everything was fine with the roof and they were completely transparent about everything. Not one time did they try and sell me something or charge me for anything unnecessarily. If I ever need anything for my reroof, I will definitely use them. Being a single mom, I have to rely and trust people’s word at face value and honestly and transparency is something that is hard to find in today’s world. I especially want to thank Heather for being so patient and taking the time to find the right person to help me.

Joseph was very responsive and informative with all of my questions. His team got my roof done in 2 days and worked 12 hours each day, they were very respectful and didn't play any loud music either. He even notified me that there were a few holes and had them immediately replaced during the inspection after completion. Megan provided us with several samples on multiple occasions and made sure we were happy with our selection.

We had a great experience with E2! Thrilled with the quick response we got during hurricane season for our leaky roof. Other companies were quoting 17 week wait times but E2 was on our roof within 24 hours and our roof repaired within a week. Big thank you to Billy who kept in touch with us while we were out of town. Throughout the process Billy was great - explaining the work in easy to understand language. And ps, the estimate was reasonable with no surprise add ons!
